• To support associations of Protected Areas, “Mosaicos”
• To develop local population’s associativeness  
• To create ecotourism circuits
• To create landscape projects integrated to the site’s original natural surroundings
• To restore and to provide official recognition of mandated original ecosystem preserved fraction in private properties
• To elaborate Forest Management Plans
• To provide institutional strengthening to Conservation Units
